Token

A token is one of two things:

1. A chip or similar small object used to provide a visible, tangible reference to something. Tokens can be used to represent life points, or status effects, or money.

1. A small image used on maps in PbP games to act as an indicator of the presence of a PC or NPC, acting in the same way as a miniature in an offline game.
