Racial Backgrounds
Barrow-Wight
You were once a noble of standing, long ago, and were laid to rest in a barrow. Since then you have risen from the grave. Are you angry? Disappointed? Is there a curse involved? Perhaps you are still seeking the foolish soul who caused you to arise from death. Are you fond of halflings? Maybe it was one of them. What about elves? Have things changed far too much since you were alive?
Associated Skills: Diplomacy, History
Associated Languages: Dwarven, Elven
Restless Dead
No necromancer pulled you from the soil, you died but kept on standing and screaming. Lots of screaming. You are a natural undead creature. Do you have an immense force of personality that drives you? Are you just full of natural rage at the world? Perhaps it was your own arcane experiments that created you. Have you been around for long? Maybe you failed at becoming a lich.
Associated Skills: Arcana, Dungeoneering
Undead Warrior
You were a stalwart soldier in life, and brought back to serve an army of the dead. Why aren't you part of that army anymore? Did something bad happen? Did you desert? Maybe you got lost and couldn't get back to the others. Are you sure they're all gone? You're probably still up for smashing things, right?
Associated Skills: Athletics, Endurance
