Ships in Solar Conflict
All ships listed here have been encountered by players in the game thread. Also these are guidelines, many ships are upgraded and re-fitted as technology advances. So a ship with TL 10 DCM's may be fitted with TL 11 DCM's if the ship has been refitted. In addition variants on these designs can always be created with systems swapped in and out.
CSF Ships
The ships below are designed and generally used by the Collaborative Science Foundation (CSF). However, generally after the CSF is finished working out any bugs, they become available to all governments currently investing in the CSF at the time.
CSF Unity – CSF Knight Class Carrier
The CSF Unity is the first Knight Class carrier ever produced. There is very little automation present due to the experimental nature of the ship. Experiences aboard this ship are very different from others. The corridors are bustling and the recreational facilities see much more use. Most ships' lower level functions are entirely managed by A.I. and droids; on this ship all but the most basic tasks are managed by humans. There are a fair amount of droids assisting as well, but actual automation on the ship has not yet been implemented. The droids do the work the same way humans would.
The ship itself stretches 1028 Feet (313.33 meters) from bow to stern and takes on a blocky design. The front section holds the main launcher and several auxillery weapons systems. In addition it holds the majority of the quarters, labs, and recreational facilities. The shape is a tapered octagonal cylinder that pulls back and meets up with the central section.
The central section is an octagonal straight cylinder that houses the control center which sits suspended above the main body by a thick pillar. The very central section contains two landing strips that exit out each side. In addition there are several hatches that look like they could open and allow ships to exit out of them as well. The ECM arrays are also visible along the base of the ship here and deep inside near the center is a CSF Type 2 Super fusion power plant.
The rear of the ship extends from the center and remains a large octagonal cylinder. The back half is hollowed out and contains four massive oscillating dean drives. On the top of the cylinder are two runways that extend into the ship itself. To the sides are two more hatches where ships could possibly launch from. These are the two auxiliary hanger bays.

CSF Broadsword Fighter
The CSF Broadsword is the CSF's primary defense fighter. It's usually used to patrol areas around CSF interests and also to escort Wasps where they need to go. The Broadsword is an integral part of the CSF air command strategy. As such, CSF carriers and stations have a lot of them on hand and they are the most produced fighter in production by the CSF. They are a swiss army knife, able to conduct bombing as well as ship-to-ship combat. The CSF does make specialized bomber craft but for most operations, the Broadsword is a practical choice.

Independent Spacers Guild (ISG) Stations
These are space stations owned and operated by members of the Independent Spacers Guild (ISG).
Bharata Station
Bharata Station (Space port section)
Bharata Station is the only station outside the solar system that has all the ameneties of the inner solarsystem gateway stations: Demosthanes and Liberius has. The occupancy of this station can very widely as traders, corporate convoys and miners make their stops here.
Bharata started out as a specialized gas mining facility suspended in jupiters atmosphere using a Hydrogen bubble to displace it in the atmosphere. This worked but limited the size of the facility. Arkson Mining looked to ISG Explorations for a better solution. With the help of the labs on Titan the 'Krishna' Rotary Reactionless Drive was developed. While like the oscellating dean drives used on some spaceships, the effectiveness is better, however the drives themselves are huge and 3 of them are required to break the gravitational pull of Jupiter's atmosphere. Arkson Mining didn't have the money to purchase 3 drives outright for gas mining but the Solar System was desperately in need of ramped up fuel production. MHD Turbine Powerplants were becomming fairly common on space installations and they required hydrogen fuel.
In this instance the Independent Spacers Guild convened a council in 2110 to solve the dilemma in the face of soaring Hydrogen prices strangling solar development. Since Jupiter was seen as the largest source of Hydrogen Fuel the final resolution of the ISG Council was to invest a sizable sum of money into developing Bharata station. Turning it into a trade outpost was seen as one way to re-capitalize on the investment. The gamble more then paid off and Bharata is now the 3rd largest station in the Independent Spacers Guild. It belongs to several corporations on paper but ISG Explorations is the major share holder.
The space-port portion of Bharata remains in high orbit above Jupiter so the influence of it's massive gravity is minimal, allowing slow ships the ability to dock with it. The gas mining portion is still run by Arkson Mining and is located inside Jupiter. It's little more then a large gas mining operation, the employees commute to and from Bharata daily.

Mars Fleet Systems Ships
The ships here were either designed by Mars Fleet Systems (MFS) or were improved designs/refits of older United Space Commission (USC) designs.
MPF Stealth Recon Ship - Blackbird Class
The Blackbird is a first generation MPF ship. Stealth recon is important when fighting pirates and the Blackbird was made to fill this role. It's primary features are enhenced sensor arrays and stealth technology. The ship itself looks like a long rectangle tapering inward back to front. The wings are located on the rear and slope down at a 20 degree angle. It's an old ship but stealth technology is one field that hasn't evolved much since the early days so the Blackbird is still a very reliable design. It's also one of the only ships to extensively utilize solar panels since spaceships evolved beyond shuttles and launch capsules. These are used to fuel rotary drives to facilitate silent operation. The ship relies mostly on it's stealth as opposed to it's brute force to survive. In addition it also has a reaction Fusion Torch engine incase power is lost to the rotary drives or to function as a scram jet if it needs to get out of a fight.

MFS Christos Class Frigate
These ships were originally used by the United Space Commission to patrol areas within 2 AU of the sun. They are also one of those oldest combat ships still in service. Their rugged construction and durability have made sure that even though some are over 30 years old, they still work great. Like many older capital ships they use reaction drives still and are dependent on hydrogen fuel. They are normally only used in defensive formations nowadays since they are still equipped with older fusion engines.
The design looks like 3 flat rectangular blocks joined together by smaller blocks bridging the 3 sections together. The bridge sits at the rear of the ship, protruding upward from the hull only slightly.

MFS Cyrano II Crusier
The MFS Cyrano II class cruiser is a fresh start on an old design. The Cyrano I design was taken and improved upon. The older Cyrano was more of a support ship but the Cyrano II is a focused combat ship. With batteries on all 3 hull sections it has no blind spot like some of the first generation combat ships and is able accelerate fairly quickly. With water in the tanks it can move up to 3G's. A reliable combat ship it has been employed by the MPF in many operations and saw major use during the anti-pirate raids in Operation Onslaught.
