Nocturne

A modern-horror setting for EABA where some people can Dream and change things in the real world through their dreams. Think The Matrix, except with dreams instead of computers. The Adventures normally happen in Nocturne, the realm of dreams which lies between the real world (Materia) and the great beyond.
These rules would also apply and work well for a Matrix-themed game.
