Modular Vehicles

Vehicles in 4th edition D&D can be easily converted into modular forms, allowing players to spend money to upgrade their vehicles with new abilities and improvements.
These rules can be expanded to include upgrades for mounts, although these may take the form of new equipment rather than bolting new wheels on.
