Agents of Project Sandman

Project Sandman is constantly recruiting new agents to help in its war against the Sedu. Project Sandman often focuses on Muslims, Mormons, or other religions that were founded after the cataclysm of 535 AD, since they should be fairly free of Pre-Quake beliefs and Anunnakku influence.
Project Sandman also recruits people who have magical ability, or come from unusual backgrounds. Genetically engineered soldiers, or Moreaus with hybrid DNA are two examples. Since most of these recruits don't fit into the regular Project sections, they are often sent to the Irregulars Division.

The average Sandman is built on 200 points including the Sandman template below, with a 40 point disadvantage limit. Disadvantages in the Template don't count towards this limit.

Sandman Template

This package is the basic Project Sandman training. Sandmen are taught archaeology (for artifact adentification, and to locate fractures in history), and in psychology and hypnotism (for memetics and mind control). The entire package cost 72 points.

Advantages:
Alternate Identity(Illegal)[15]; Patron(Project Sandman, 15 or less)[90]
Disadvantages:
Extremely Hazardous Duty (Project Sandman; 15 or less)[-20], Secret(Sandman)[-30]
Skills:
Archaeology at IQ-2[1], Hidden Lore(Reality B) at IQ-1[1], Hypnotism at IQ[4], Language Danbe at Native[6], Psychology at IQ-1[2]Sign Language(ASL) at Native[3]
Total: 72 points

Danbe is an isolated language spoken by a hill tribe in western New Guinea; Project Sandman neurolinguists believe that of all the human languages, it contains the least Anunnakku programming. Danbe-speakers can add +3 to Will rolls to resist Sedu or Anunnakku commands or influence.
Sign language works on different parts of the brain than spoken languages, and Sandmen use ASl to exercise those regions, as well as for silent communication. Regular ASl use gives the user +1 to Will rolls to thwart or resist irruptors. This bonus is cumulative with any Danbe benefit.

Barred Disadvantages

Sandmen cannot have Combat Paralysis, Cowardice, Fearfulness, any type of Pacifism, or Xenophilia.
