Feats

Heroic Tier Feats

Any feat in the following section is available to a character of any level who meets the prerequisites. Heroic tier feats are the only feats you can take if you are 10th level or lower.

Aethertouched

Prerequisite: Dex 13, Int 13
Benefit: You gain a +1 feat bonus to damage rolls when you use a power that has the cosmic keyword. At 11th level, this bonus increases to +2. At 21st level, it increases to +3.

Armor Proficiency (Aethersuit)

Prerequisite: Str 14, Con 14
Benefit: You gain training with aethersuits.

Bugbear Hug [Bugbear]

Prerequisite: Bugbear
Benefit: You do 1d6 damage when grabbing a target wearing light armour or less. At 11th level, this increases to 2d6 (1d6 in heavy armour). At 21st level, it increases to 3d6 (2d6 in heavy armour).

Bugbear Greatweapon Prowess [Bugbear]

Prerequisite: Bugbear
Benefit: You gain proficiency with all simple and military two-handed melee weapons and a +2 feat bonus to damage rolls with such weapons. The bonus increases to +3 at 11th level and +4 at 21st level.

Cold Rage [Hobgoblin]

Prerequisite: Hobgoblin
Benefit: The first time you are bloodied during an encounter, you gain a +2 bonus to damage rolls until the end of your next turn.

Engineer

Benefit: You can make mechanical devices of your level or lower. You must have the correct schematic and an appropriate skill.
Special: If you receive the Ritual Caster feat as a class feature, you can take the Engineer feat instead.

Heavy Set [Dwarf]

Prerequisite: Dwarf
Benefit: Your high gravity penalties are reduced by 2.

Improved Yawning Abyss [Warlock]

Prerequisite: Warlock, Con 13 or Cha 13, void pact
Benefit: Targets of your Yawning Abyss also suffer a -1 penalty to movement.

Iron Veteran [Hobgoblin]

Prerequisite: Hobgoblin
Benefit: Your healing surge value increases by 2.

Marksman [Harrier]

Prerequisite: Harrier, Dex 16
Benefit: Your bullseye target damage increases from d6s to d8s.

Spirit of Adventure [Bard]

Prerequisite: Bard, Virtue of Adventure class feature
Benefit: When you grant an ally a bonus to their next roll with your Virtue of Adventure, that ally also gains temporary hit points equal to your Charisma modifier.

Strength of Steel [Machinist]

Prerequisite: Machinist
Benefit: Your allies gain a +2 bonus to Fortitude while adjacent to one of your automatons.

Paragon Tier Feats

Any feat in the following section is available to a character of 11th level or higher who meets the prerequisites.

Battle Commander

Benefit: You can channel class powers that require the use of a weapon through the weapon systems of your spaceship.

Hobgoblin Diehard [Hobgoblin]

Prerequisite: Hobgoblin, Hobgoblin Resilience racial power
Benefit: You gain a +2 feat bonus to the saving throw of your hobgoblin resilience power.

Ironmonger [Hobgoblin]

Prerequisite: Hobgoblin
Benefit: You gain a +2 feat bonus to damage rolls when you use a power that has the weapon keyword.

Logical [Maket]

Prerequisite: Maket
Benefit: When you make a Machinery check or a Cosmos check, roll twice and use the higher result.

Machinekin [Maket]

Prerequisite: Maket
Benefit: You gain a +2 feat bonus to damage rolls when you use a power that has the mechanical keyword.

Savage [Bugbear]

Prerequisite: Bugbear
Benefit: You gain a +2 feat bonus to damage rolls when you use a power that has the beast or rage keywords.

Surgeon of the Schematics

Prerequisite: Trained in Machinery
Benefit: When implanting or removing a graft, the graftee only loses 1 healing surge.

Trigger Happy [Harrier]

Prerequisite: Harrier, Dex 18
Benefit: You can add 1 to the size of any blast or burst.

Epic Tier Feats

Any feat in the following section is available to a character of 21st level or higher who meets the prerequisites.

Hobgoblin Vitality [Hobgoblin]

Prerequisite: Hobgoblin
Benefit: Whenever you use your hobgoblin resilience racial power, you also gain temporary hitpoints equal to your Constitution modifier.

Oversized [Bugbear]

Prerequisite: Bugbear
Benefit: You can use weapons of your size or one size larger than you as if they were your size.

Precision Shootist [Harrier]

Prerequisite: Harrier
Benefit: You can omit a number of squares from the area of effect of any of your area or close harrier powers. This number can't exceed your Wisdom modifier.
