Lost Arm Level 5 Wound
You lose the use of your arm, making you less effective in combat. Attack: +16 vs. Fortitude

Endurance improve DC 30, maintain DC 21, worsen DC 16 or lower

The target has no off-hand.
DMGLeft.png   The target has no off-hand and takes a -2 penalty to attack rolls.
DMGCenter.png   Initial Effect The target has no off-hand and takes a -2 penalty to attack and damage rolls. In addition, they take a -3 penalty to Acrobatics, Athletics and Thievery checks.
DMGRight.png   Final State The target has no off-hand and takes a -2 penalty to attack and damage rolls. In addition, they permanently lose a healing surge.

 

Lost Eye Level 5 Wound
You lose the use of your eye, making you half-blind. Attack: +16 vs. Fortitude

Endurance improve DC 30, maintain DC 21, worsen DC 16 or lower

The target takes a -1 penalty to attack rolls and a -3 penalty to Perception checks.

DMGCenter.png   Initial Effect The target takes a -3 penalty to attack rolls and a -10 penalty to Perception checks.
DMGRight.png   Final State The target takes a -3 penalty to attack rolls and a -10 penalty to Perception checks. In addition, they permanently lose a healing surge.

 

Lost Leg Level 5 Wound
You lose the use of your leg, making you slower and clumsier. Attack: +16 vs. Fortitude

Endurance improve DC 30, maintain DC 21, worsen DC 16 or lower

The target takes a -1 penalty to speed, and a -2 penalty to Acrobatics and Athletics checks.
DMGLeft.png   The target takes a -2 penalty to speed, and a -4 penalty to Acrobatics and Athletics checks.
DMGCenter.png   Initial Effect The target takes a -3 penalty to speed, and a -4 penalty to Acrobatics and Athletics checks. In addition, they fall prone whenever they are hit in combat.
DMGRight.png   Final State The target is slowed and takes a -5 penalty to Acrobatics and Athletics checks. In addition, they permanently lose a healing surge.
