What’s your name? Angela, I don't remember my last name anymore.

How did you survive until now?

I grew up on the family farm outside of town. We had animals, food, I kept the generators running as long as I could with help from my older brothers, until they all just fell asleep and haven't woken up. When the generators gave out, I managed to keep enough crops irrigated to feed me and a little extra, which I gave to the smaller children who would wander in.

Have you been a member of the group for a long time and, if not, how did you join?

I've been living on the farm for so long I almost forgot what the city was like. But one day, the water pump broke, and I didn't have any spare parts. So I got on my bicycle and came into town, that's where I ran into the other boys... I've been coming into town after chores every day since. I can't stand to leave the chickens and the last cow (her name is Bertha moo-moo) alone.

How did you become an Anchor?

Dr Winters said I had an 'aptitude' for it, apparently I have a nice voice?

Why are you an Anchor?

I'm... no good at fighting. I can't stand to hurt anyone, but I have to do something! So, I feed the chickens, and I milk the cow, and I talk into a machine I don't really understand, and someone braver climbs into the coffin and fights the monsters.
