Sample Character:

Name: Richard Kincaid "The Porpoise"

Background: Richard was born to a set of normal middle-class parents. However, he was born with webbing between his fingers and strangly long toes, and gills in addition to all the normal human things. Also, his skin was a greyish color and always a little slimy. His adaptations, which are clearly attuned to water, led to him always feeling at home in the water, though his public school years were difficult. He dropped out of school in the sixth grade, and ran away from home, and has been living in the Cape ever since. He still visits his parents, and his home in the Cape has led to him becoming the protector of the Crypts, and keeping the SuperCriminals in.

Stunts: Breach Dive (Water Living) Leaps straight up from the water and flips in the air, either to get momentum to attack an aquatic enemy, or to quickly land on a boat to deal with enemies there.

Hero Points: 5/10

Costume: The Porpoises clothing is limited to a Speedo, which is blue, and from a distance blends in with his clothing. He currently owns no other clothing, as he spends almost no time among normal humanity.
