What is Nomic?
Nomic is a game of rules lawyering, literally. The rules start out using only a basic skeleton for how to present proposed rules and vote on them, as well as a cycle for each turn. But these rules can change. Quickly. I think that Nomic could be played quite nicely on a Wiki, as it automatically keeps track of changes in the rules.
Rules to Nomic
There are many different initial rulesets for nomic variations.
One very simple one is: "Rule changes must be agreed upon by a majority before going into effect."
